Binding Terms

The contract, bound as thinly as it will go. If you use the site you accept it.

Who may enter

Entry is for people of 18 or over who are adults where they live. The account is yours to guard, including the password.

What is on offer

A story to take part in, with invented characters voiced by software. Nothing a witch says is a fact, a forecast or advice of any kind, whether about health, law, money or your life. Witches may be wrong, and a few take pleasure in it.

The tithe

Plus is paid ahead in USDT for a set number of nights and never renews. A tithe, once sent, is spent: expect no refund of any kind except where law requires one, and in that case only to the extent it asks. If you send too little, too much or over another chain, the funds can be lost and we cannot retrieve them.

Conduct

Keep to the first law and to the law of the land, leave the chat's limits as they stand, do not attack or scrape the site, and do not sell access. Any account that does so risks suspension or closure.

Your words

Your lines remain your property. Writing them gives us permission to keep and process them so threads work; software also scans messages in order to enforce the law of the coven.

Changes and endings

The site, or a witch on it, may change, pause or leave. We write any change to what you receive in the almanac before it takes effect. The service comes as it is, with the warranty that law imposes and none beyond it, and what we can owe you is limited to one month of payments, in so far as law lets that stand.
